Refund Policy

1. Hair Services

Refunds are not offered for completed haircuts or grooming services

If you're unhappy with your haircut, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will offer a free adjustment or correction

Missed appointments or late cancellations (Under 3 hours) may be charged in full

2. Academy Courses

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place

Full course fees are refundable up to 14 days before the course start date

After the course begins, fees are non-refundable, unless there are exceptional circumstances, reviewed case by case

3.Product Sales

Products can be returned within 14 days of purchase if:

Unused

In original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the item

4. Digital Products or Downloads

Any digital material (e.g. academy resources) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded
