Welcome to Barber Studios. By booking an appointment, purchasing a product or enrolling in our academy, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

Barber Studios is a barbershop and training academy based in Chippenham, UK. These terms apply to all services offered in person or via our website.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

​

Appointments can be made online, by phone or in person

We ask for at least 3 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a charge.

We reserve the right to refuse services for inappropriate behaviour or breach of terms.

​

3. Pricing and Payment

​

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and may be subject to change

Payment is due at the time of service unless agreed otherwise

For academy courses, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your place

​

4. Academy Courses

​

Full payment must be made before the course start date unless otherwise agreed.

If you miss a session, we'll do our best to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee makeup classes

Course fees are non-refundable once the course has started , except in exceptional circumstances

5. Gift Cards and Promotions

​

Gift cards and promotional offers must be used within the stated expiry period.

Promotions cannot be combined unless specifically stated

6. Health & Safety 

​

Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions or skin sensitivities before your services.

We follow strict hygiene protocols for the safety of clients and staff.

7. Products

​

Retail Products may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging. 

Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges

8. Website Use

The content on our website is for general information only

You may not reproduce or distribute content without permission

We are not liable for the content of third-party websites linked on our site

9. Liability

​

While we take great care in our work, Barber Studios is not liable for:

Minor variations in in expected in results (e.g. haircuts, styling)

Reactions to products if allergy info was not disclosed

Issues caused by misuse of aftercare advice or products

We never share your personal information without your consent
